Day 3

Breakfast: cheese omelette with bacon
Lunch: shredded chicken, tomato salsa, and guacamole
Dinner: leftover mussels, cheese plate, and salami

Workout: finally did some Primal Essential Movements [PEM] and played 25 minutes of Dance Central with hubby ...

My body is killing me!
